At Hero Covers, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
